Fish and petals are painted with acrylic paints. The black flower was drawn on with sharpie. The "water" is resin.
Each of fish and petals are painted by hand, flat onto a layers of resin.
I salvaged the beautiful plate from a local Thrift store.
My signature is etched into the underside of the plate.
